= Guideline to Form ID =
You are kindly asked to fill in a Form ID to describe the identification system in your country and submit the form to the Interbull Centre ( interbull@slu.se ). Please follow these guidelines as closely as possible when filling out the form in order to accomplish this and in order for forms to be as homogeneous across country as possible.

== General Guidelines ==
 * Write in English.
 * Do not modify the form, i.e. keep all appendices even if they are empty, but feel free to add for <<BR>>instance tables with genetic (co-)variances.
 * Be detailed, but concise.
 * Quantify answers wherever possible.
 * use one form per breed or one form for all breeds.
 * If the ID system has been modified at any time, please fill in tables with Description of changes in ID system and repeat each question for each time the system has been modified.
 * Give as detailed information as possible, but remember that some information is better than no information!
